Renter's Rebate

Effective April 1, 2023 - September 15, 2023.
Elderly or totally disabled Middlebury residents who rent can apply for the Renter Rebate Program at the Department of Social Services located in the Shepardson Community Building.
Must be a resident of Middlebury and provide proof of income and rent expense for the year 2022.
If utilities are not included in your rent, you must provide proof of utilities expense. If you filed 2022 taxes, you MUST bring a copy.
