All Zoning Permits are to be completed through our online permitting process.

An application for a Zoning Permit for new construction and/or additions must be accompanied by a Site Plan prepared by a Professional Engineer or Land Surveyor. 
The site plan must be of sufficient scale, showing existing structures and any newly proposed structures. 
The site plan must also include Zoning Compliance Information on a separate chart as per Section 11 of the Zoning Regulations.

Overview

The Zoning Office provides the following:

• Assistance and information on applications for zoning permits.
• Investigates complaints of violation of zoning regulations and inland wetlands regulations.
• Processes petitions for variances, text and map amendments, and special uses.
• Reviews and approves all documents related to development of lands within the Town.
• Enforces Zoning and Blight Ordinance.
