Buildings Maintenanceofficeis located in the lower level of the Shephardson Community Center.  One building maintenance person and one custodian currently staff this division. Their main responsibility is the maintenance and cleaning of all of the town’s public buildings as well as snow and ice removal from stairways and sidewalks adjacent to the town buildings.
