The Town of Middlebury invites bid proposals for an Information Technology System at the Middlebury Police Department, 200 Southford Road, Middlebury, CT. Bid specifications can be obtained from:

Sealed bids clearly marked “Bid on Information Technology System” should be submitted at the above address on or before 1:00 p.m. on December 8, 2009 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Hall Conference Room.
The Town of Middlebury reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not in the best interest of the Town. The successful contractor will be required to provide a W-9 form and a certificate of insurance naming the Town of Middlebury as an additional insured in accordance to the insurance requirements listed in the specifications to include Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability as required by the State of Connecticut. All bids will be considered valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening.
