Publicity: Terry McAuliffe reviewed website additions and solicited material for additional content and publicity. He noted that the slogan/logo contest should start soon, involving the schools.

Fund Raising: Ralph Barra had no report, other than to note that the First Selectman should be approached for initial funding. At last month's meeting Sen. DeLuca and Rep. Tony D'Amelio were mentioned as possible contacts.

Finance: Mike McCormack had no report because there are no current funds.

Volunteers: Jane Gallagher had no report beyond the major events discussions.

School Involvement: Ron Vitarelli scheduled meetings with every principal in the Region 15 schools with Middlebury students. He and Terry McAuliffe will visit each school and discuss possibilities for school involvement in the Bicentennial. Student, Faculty, and PTO representation on the committee will be solicited.
