The Torrington Area Health District provides health services and information to Middlebury.
Their goal is to promote and to protect the physical and environmental well-being of the citizens of the TAHD through direct services, wellness and promotion programs and community efforts.
For services and additional information, contact Rob Rubbio at 203-577-4011. Rob is at the Middlebury Town Hall on Wednesday's from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. in the Health Department office located on the ground floor of the Town Hall.
