Program Registration Forms
Program registration forms are available on our website or at the Recreation office. Only completed forms with full payment in the form of cash or check will be accepted. Registration form with payment must be received in the Recreation office BEFORE program start date. Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel any program due to lack of participation.
Registration will begin on Tuesday, January 17, 2012
Please register early.

There are no refunds once a program begins, except for medical reason. All refunds are subject to a $10.00 administrative surcharge. No refunds will be given for Infant/Toddler once you register your child.
Winter Warnings!
MIDDLEBURY GREENWAY
The Middlebury Greenway extends from Rt. 63 at Woodside Ave. to Rt. 64 in front of the Little League Field. Please be aware that there is NO winter maintenance, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
SLEDDING
Weather permitting; the hill between the Town Hall and Shepardson Community Center is available for sledding. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. No supervision is provided. Adults MUST accompany all children under the age of 12.
*NO PARKING FOR SLEDDING IN THE UPPER PARKING LOT.
ICE SKATING
Weather and temperature permitting; ice skating is permitted on the pond at Meadowview Park. Parents should contact the Recreation Department at 758-2520 for daily updats on ice conditions.
Here are some safety guidelines:
- NEVER skate alone
- Ice thickness is not consistent. Water currents,
particularly around narrow spots, bridges, inlets
and outlets, are always suspect for thin ice - Always have at least two people present
- Beware of ice around partially submerged objects,
such as trees, logs, brush, embankments or dam
structures - No supervision is provided on the ponds
- USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
