STEP with weights! This group exercise class mixes cardio with some toning. You will use the original STEP platform and choreography along with some light weights to intensify your workout. Come and enjoy the music and moves while getting stronger. The STEP and weights are provided. Just come ready to work!

Like Bikes? Spinning Express is an instructor-led group exercise class that uses a stationary Spin bike to give you an awesome workout. By using the adjustments on the Spin bike, you will be able to increase and decrease intensity based on the class. Up hills, down hills, racing for the finish line - just some examples of the fun workout you will have with SPINNING!
