Step-n-Weights (221322-F3)

Instructor: Sara

Ages: 16 and up 

Days: Mondays

Times: 4:30 - 5:00pm 

Fee: $29 for 6 weeks    

Dates: February 6 - March 12

STEP with weights! This group exercise class mixes cardio with some toning. You will use the original STEP platform and choreography along with some light weights to intensify your workout. Come and enjoy the music and moves while getting stronger. The STEP and weights are provided. Just come ready to work!
 
 
Zumba (221322-Z1)

Instructor: Denise

Ages: 16 and up 

Days: Fridays

Times: 9:30 - 10:00am 

Fee: $31 for 8 weeks    

Dates: February 3 - March 23

Zumba is a fun and effective form of cardiovascular exercise. You will be having fun moving to Latin music and burning calories at the same time! Don't worry about being a dancer - if you can move, you can Zumba!
 
 
Pilates Reformer Bar (221322-FE)

Instructor: Kimberly Johnson     

Ages: 16 and up 

Days: Thursdays

Times: 5:00 - 5:50pm 

Fee: $31 for 4 weeks    

Dates: February 9 - March 1

This class brings Pilates to a new level with the use of Pilates' reformer bar, mat, and relaxing music. You will get a tremendous workout that will leave you stronger, toned, stretched, and relaxed all in one class. Please bring a mat. 
 
 
Kicken' Boot Camp(221322-F4)

Ages: 16 and up 

Days: Wednesday

Times: 5:00 - 5:30pm 

Fee: $29 for 6 weeks

Dates: February 8 - March 14

A group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and Taebo Kickboxing moves. Works for all levels of fitness - you will get a great work-out!
 
 
 
Spinning Express aka Group Spinning(221322-F2)

Instructor: Joan

Ages: 16 and up 

Days: Mondays

Times: 5:30 - 6:00pm 

Fee: $29 for 6 weeks     

Dates: February 6 - March 12

Like Bikes? Spinning Express is an instructor-led group exercise class that uses a stationary Spin bike to give you an awesome workout. By using the adjustments on the Spin bike, you will be able to increase and decrease intensity based on the class. Up hills, down hills, racing for the finish line - just some examples of the fun workout you will have with SPINNING!
